About us
Albert Karoyan is a distinguished Armenian architect and artist whose creative journey spans architecture, painting, graphics, and sculpture.
Born in 1954 in Yerevan, Albert Karoyan graduated in 1982 from the Armenian Construction Institute with a qualification in architecture. That same year, he began his professional career as an architect at the Yerevan Project University of Construction (1982–1983), where he contributed to important urban development projects.
In 1987, he was appointed Head of a specialized group at the Main Architectural Department of Yerevan City Hall, where he led projects focused on exterior renovation and urban improvement. His leadership and innovative approach significantly contributed to the architectural landscape of the city.
In 1992, seeking further artistic and professional growth, Karoyan continued his creative development in Greece. In Athens, he collaborated with leading architectural and art workshops, expanding his international experience and refining his artistic language.

Awards and Professional Recognition
- 1987 – Awarded the honorary title of People’s Master-Inventor in the field of artistic processing of wood, bone, metal, and stone.
- 2000 – Joined the Association of Armenian Goldsmiths in Gold and Silver.
- 2001 – Nominated “Best in Its Field” and awarded a Diploma at the “Yerevan” Exhibition.
- 2002 – Participated in the jewelry exhibition “Business Communications” in the USA, successfully passing three stages of mastery approval by the Competent Jury.
- 2003 – Became a member of the Union of Artists of Armenia.
